A few reminders as the 2023 season has almost come and gone!

  • Please remember to stop into the office as you are leaving for the final time this year to update your personal information — specifically changes in phone numbers and/or e-mail addresses.

  • Electric golf carts are charge an additional $50 per season; this is also due no later than May 1st of the current year. As per the State of Michigan, golf carts can only be driven by those with a valid driver’s license.

  • Please remember to limit your numbers of guests to no more than five; the park can become quite congested, especially on holiday weekends.

  • 2024 season information and rate sheets are available in the office.

Reminders for Residents

Each Season…

Please stop into the office at the beginning of EACH SEASON and update your personal contact information, pickup the current rules sheet, and make sure you have a set of keys to your unit that you will leave with Don & Gerda.

Events for Residents

We always encourage fresh ideas from residents on ways to get together throughout the summer. This can include things such as: dessert picnic, ice cream socials, themed pot-lucks, etc. Please contact Karen via email if you have suggestions or would like to be in charge of hosting an event!
