Thank you for another great year at Singing Sands! We hope and pray that you all have a safe and healthy winter. Below are due dates and the mailing address for 2024 deposits and rent payments, as well as the new lot rates.

Due Date: ALL $300 deposits for the 2024 season are due on October 1st, 2023. The remaining balance is due in full no later than May 1, 2024. There will be a late fee of $25 for checks received May 2nd or after. ** Please allow at least one week for the postal service to make delivery. **

2024 Rates by Site #:

1 - 8 ……… $3,664 ($3,364 balance due)**
9 - 80 …… $3,548 ($3,248 due)
81 - 89 ….. $3,664 ($3,364 due)
91 - 133 …. $3,778 ($3,478 due)
** Please remember that the $300 fall deposits count toward your site rate—only pay the balance due.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE SENT TO KAREN IN THE MAIL. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN PERSON AT THE OFFICE (this includes fall deposits).
